What do you like most about GVID? / Why is it good to study at GVID?
I like the atmosphere created by both the students as well as the teachers. I also like the fact that teachers try to make each lesson interesting by engaging the students in the subject matter covered. (Massimo)

I would say that GVID is considered one of the best grammar schools in Brno. Our school is perfect for students who are interested in programming or maths. In my opinion studying at GVID is great because there is such a friendly atmosphere at the school. You can take part in many events such as student sport competitions where you can compete with other schools in the Czech Republic or you can compete in one of many math, biology, social studies, etc. competitions. The Czech Republic is a country with beautiful landscape and unique culture. Czech mountains are not the highest in Europe, but they are perfect for hiking. I would say that Jeseníky mountains or Giant Mountains are worth visiting the most. Czech countryside is full of castles, ruins and historical villages. The most beautiful towns that show old Czech culture are for example Kutná Hora or Český Krumlov. Cities worth visiting are in my opinion Brno, capital city Prague or Olomouc. (Lukáš)
